Templates as a Starting Point
Choosing a template design for your website is the core of what makes the process of constructing your new website so affordable. Designing and coding a site from scratch is undoubtably the most expensive portion of the process. As you can see, by checking out some of the links to live previews of templates from Themeforest.com in the sidebar and below, there is no loss of quality or style by going this route.
Unlike some other suppliers on the web, Themeforest templates are complete and fully functional, including, in addition to the Home page, a variety of inside page designs and a slew of functional features like lightbox galleries, image sliders, menu systems and contact forms. The live previews will display all the functionality built into the templates design, and its various styles, such as typography, list styles, menu style and function, which are available for use in a manor of your choosing, in the development of your site. The only exception to this rule is the "Blog" page of the templates which is there for use in styling blog systems, such as Wordpress, to match the rest of the website, but there is no blog functionality built into the templates themselves.

One page website templates combine everything necessary for an attractive and informative website, and have the added benefit of, by design, helping your search results.
